Meet the Founding Families

👋 From Worldschool to Future School

We are Richard & Kerry (worldschooling parents and serial entrepreneurs with a passion for community and education), and Jak & Lisa (fellow worldschoolers and experienced educators, dedicated to creating purposeful, progressive learning experiences).

Together, we’re the team behind Future Human School.

Our journey spans continents, classrooms, and countless learning adventures - but it all led us here: building a school for the future in Ubud for long-term families and worldschoolers -seeking meaningful connection

We’re combining our skills, values, and experiences - nurtured through travel and deeply rooted in Bali - to create something special. With the spirit of Tri Hita Karana (harmony with self, others, and nature) at the heart, FHP is more than a school—it’s a growing, living learning village.

✨ We’d love to welcome you in - whether for a term or something longer. Register for all the latest updates!

Our Partners - Alam Kidz

Future Human School is proudly established through a formal partnership with Alam Kidz School - a long established and respected Indonesian yayasan (foundation) which educates children from kindergarten to primary school.

This amazing partnership means:

🛡️ Future Human Project operates with full legal recognition under Indonesian law.

🤝 Ensures we are part of the local educational ecosystem, while maintaining our independent, globally-minded curriculum.

🔍 Unlike many learning centers in Bali, our structure provides stability, transparency, and accountability for families.

🌱 We are committed to respecting and contributing to the local culture and community, not working around it.

This isn’t just a partnership on paper - it’s kids lifting kids.

Our students actively mentor Alam Kidz students, creating a shared learning experience that’s rooted in heart, not just structure.
